Producing sales invoices using Xero is a doddle. Invoices can be emailed directly or printed and posted. Copy invoices, reminders and statements can be emailed at any time.
Handling Purchase Invoices and Receipts
Our clients use a combination of Dropbox, email-in and Direct Upload to submit their receipts and invoices to Receipt Bank.
Once these are processed in Receipt Bank they can be transferred directly to Xero. By using Receipt Bank it helps us to automate much of the bookkeeping.
Copy invoices are stored in xero and receipt bank and copies can be printed at any time.
